IMPORTANT: Access to and usage of the SocietyLink platform is provided strictly on the basis of requests received from the Customer/Client. By utilizing this platform, you acknowledge and agree to the exhaustive terms outlined below.

1. Nature of Service and Access

SocietyLink (the "Company") provides a digital platform for community and property management. Access to this platform is granted solely based on the specific request and authorization of the Customer (e.g., Society Management Committee, Builder, or Property Manager). The Company acts as a service provider and is not responsible for the internal disputes or administrative decisions made by the Customer or its residents.

2. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total aggregate liability of the Company, its directors, employees, or agents for any claim arising out of or related to the use of the platform—whether in contract, tort, or otherwise—shall be strictly limited to the direct payments actually made by the individual party to the Company for the service during the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

3. Recovery of Legal and Defamation Charges

In the event that the Company or its team is engaged in, or dragged into, any legal dispute, litigation, or arbitration arising from the usage of the platform by the Customer/Client, the Company reserves the absolute and full right to recover all associated legal fees, administrative costs, and professional charges from the initiating or responsible party.

Furthermore, the Company reserves the right to claim liquidated damages and compensation for any defamation or loss of reputation caused to the Company, its brand "SocietyLink," or its personnel due to such disputes.

4. Indemnification

The User/Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless SocietyLink from any claims, damages, or losses resulting from the misuse of access, data breaches caused by local administrative negligence, or any dispute where the platform's presence is merely incidental to the User's own administrative processes.

5. Finality of Agreement

Usage of the platform constitutes an irrefutable acceptance of these terms. Any dispute arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts where the Company's registered headquarters are located.
